Company philosophy. HLCC’s principals, Travis Holmquist and Jim Lorenz strongly believe each project should be a “team effort” between owners, their designers and contractors. HLCC’s principals, staff and crews, along with pre-qualified subcontractor’s are all individuals who share in this ethic and philosophy to bring about the level of satisfaction required.
Project commitment. We are committed to our valued customers – past, present and future – with pride and satisfaction by offering the highest level of quality in workmanship, integrity and honesty. Jim Lorenz, who oversees the residential construction part of the company, will not commit to more than two projects at any one time.
Organizational efficiency. As with any company the strength of it comes from the top. Travis Holmquist and Jim Lorenz, along with its office manager, Pegi Simmerman, alone bring over 60 years of experience to any project HLCC enters into. Our past and present clients can attest to how very organized and professional a company we are.
Lifetime of Service. As a customer of HLCC, one should expect a lifetime of service to your home while you own it. The principals, one of whom is a lifetime resident of steamboat, wants you to know you have someone to turn to if the need arises.
